Jane Milmore

Jane Milmore is an American playwright and actress.

Personal life

Jane Milmore was born on March 25 in Laramie, Wyoming to Joan Marie Judge and John Edward Milmore. She is of Irish descent and is one of five girls, including romance author Kaitlin O'Riley and actress Jennifer Milmore. Author Greg Malins is her brother-in-law. She was raised in NY and NJ attending St Patricks in Brooklyn, NY, and graduating Keansburg High School in Keansburg, New Jersey.[1] She splits her time between homes in Beverly Hills, California and Rumson, New Jersey.[2]

Career

Jane Milmore has written over 20 published plays with Billy Van Zandt. She has written and executive produced numerous television series. She has won both a People's Choice and an NAACP award for series Martin, a Prism Award for The Hughleys and was nominated for an Emmy for the CBS special I Love Lucy the Very First Show. As an actress, she has appeared in numerous TV series and made-for-TV movies. She also appears in the feature film A Wake in Providence. She performed in the play You've Got Hate Mail at the Triad Theatre in New York City.
