Hwang I-hsuan (Chinese: 黃某我璇; born 21 September 1988) is a retired Taiwanese tennis player.

Hwang has ten doubles titles on the ITF tour in her career. On 11 February 2008, she reached her best singles ranking of world number 266. On 23 March 2009, she peaked at world number 137 in the doubles rankings.

Playing for Taiwan at the Fed Cup, Hwang has a win-loss record of 6–10.

Hwang made her WTA main draw debut at the 2007 Hansol Korea Open in the doubles event partnering Yoo Mi.

Hwang WTA main draw debut at the 2008 Moorilla Hobart International in the doubles event partnering Lee Ye-ra. and main draw debut at the 2009 HP Open in the doubles event partnering Chan Chin-wei.

Hwang retired from tennis 2015.
