Location

Hillview MRT Station (DT3) is an underground Mass Rapid Transit station on the Downtown Line situated at Upper Bukit Timah, between the boundary of Bukit Panjang and Bukit Batok planning areas, Singapore. The station serves the Upper Bukit Timah corridor at the junction between Upper Bukit Timah Road and Hillview Avenue. The vicinity is largely residential, with commercial buildings such as the Rail Mall within walking distance.[1]

The section of track between Hillview and Beauty World stations is the longest between any two stations on the Downtown Line. There exists a basic structural provisions for a possible future station (also known as a "box station") along this section of track.[2]
