HFK Třebíč is a Czech football club located in Třebíč in the Vysočina Region. It currently plays in the Moravian–Silesian Football League, which is in the third tier of Czech football. The club reached the third round of the Czech Cup in 2003–04, 2009–10 and 2010–11.
