Dimitrov (Armenian: Դիմիտրով; until 1949, Ghuylasar Nerkin[1]) is a town in the Ararat Province of Armenia. The town in named in honor of Bulgarian Communist leader, Georgi Dimitrov. The town is mainly inhabited by Armenians and Assyrians.
