About DXAJ-TV

DXAJ-TV 11 was formerly owned by GTV (later MBS, now PTV) from 1974 to 1986 and IBC from 1986 to 1998. The following year, ABS-CBN bought the station and it was rebranded as ABS-CBN Butuan together with the launching of TV Patrol Butuan (now TV Patrol Caraga), which first aired on July 5.
