The Colleges of Applied Sciences are six government owned and operated colleges located the Sultanate of Oman. The colleges have locations in Rustaq, Ibri, Salalah, Nizwa, Sohar, and Sur. The colleges are the only ones in the country which fall under the Ministry of Higher Education.
The Colleges of Applied Sciences offer bachelor's degree programs in Information Technology, Design, Communication Studies, and International Business Administration.[1]
In 2015 students enrolled in the six colleges total 7,648,[2] with students including both males and females.
