Clapton Chronicles: The Best of Eric Clapton is a compilation album by legendary English guitarist, Eric Clapton featuring his 1980s and 1990s hits from studio albums including "Behind the Sun" (1985), "August" (1986), "Journeyman" (1989), "Unplugged" (1992) and "Pilgrim" (1998). The album was released on 12 October 1999 by the Duck / Reprise Records label.[1] Two new songs are included on the disc, "Blue Eyes Blue" which was previously released as a single and "(I) Get Lost" that Clapton wrote for the soundtrack to the film The Story of Us.
