The Bataan Provincial Expressway, also known as the Bataan Provincial Highway or the Roman Superhighway, is a toll two-lane expressway that connects Bataan to the provinces of the Central Luzon region in the Philippines.

The expressway begins in Layac, Dinalupihan at a t-junction with the Olongapo–Gapan Road. It then passes through Dinalupihan, Hermosa, Samal, Orani, Abucay, Balanga, Pilar, Orion, Limay, Mariveles, Bagac, and Morong.

The expressway is owned by the province of Bataan and is operated by Tollways Management Corporation – the operator of both North Luzon Expressway, Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway and Subic-Tipo Expressway.

The BPEX right-of-way has 4 lanes. Currently only two lanes are well paved on much of the road − from the start to Dinalupihan-Morong.

Kilometer number is based on Rizal Park which is designates as kilometer zero. Layac is in kilometer 100. All exit numbers begin in Layac.

100 1 Layac Junction/Layac Toll Barrier Layac Dinalupihan This is the northern terminus of the expressway, where Jose Abad Santos Avenue (Olongapo-Gapan Road) terminates eastward to Dinalupihan town proper. Proceeding further south goes to Barangay Palihan. This is also the beginning of the open system of BPEx.
100 1 SCTEx Exit Palihan Hermosa Directly connects the expressway with Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway through a spur road. Dinalupihan exit toll gates are situated at the end of the spur road. This is taken by motorists bound for Subic, Clark, Manila, Tarlac and Baguio City, instead of taking OG Road.
101 2 Culis Crossing Exit/Palihan Exit Culis-Palihan In this current point, the expressway sunders into two roads: one leading to the town propers (or commonly known as "looban"; also known as the Old National Road) and one leading to the main expressway. The new Hermosa Public Market can be visibly seen in the southbound lanes.
106 7 Pag-asa Exit/Doña Exit Doña-Pag-asa-Mulawin Orani Exits to Barangay Pag-asa in the west and Barangay Mulawin in the east. Orani town proper can be accessed through Gov. Pascual Sr. Avenue in Barangay Talahib. Meanwhile, Barangay Tala and Sitio Kinahigan can be reached by ascending into Barangay Pag-asa. This is where the parish of St. Josephine Bakhita and its leprosy center can be found.
108 Northbound 9 Northbound Imelda Exit Imelda Samal Southbound vehicles can only access to this exit. It leads to Barangay Imelda proper and Barangay San Juan through Sitio Ibayo.
109 10 Gugo Exit Gugo Exits to Barangay Gugo. Going straight east leads to Gugo barangay proper and Barangay Palili. Bataan Peninsula State University-Abucay (formerly known as BNAS) can also be reached through this exit. Meanwhile, going west exits to Barangay Calaguiman West and Barangay Sapa. You can also reach Samal town proper through this way.
112 13 Mabatang Toll Barrier Mabatang Abucay The open system ends here. All exits beyond this point are of the closed system.
113 Northbound 14 Northbound Mabatang Exit Mabatang-Calaylayan This is the first closed system basis exit motorists will encounter. Leads to the Mabatang Vicinal Road which then exits to Mabatang barangay proper.
116 17 Gabon Exit Laon-Gabon Exits to Decena Ave. which leads to Abucay town proper, Calaylayan and Capitangan proper. The Raven Resort can be seen in the roadside. Gabon and Laon barangay propers meanwhile can be reached eastwards.
119 20 Tuyo Exit/Fourlane Exit Tuyo Balanga Leads to Barangay Tuyo proper via Enrique Garcia Sr. Avenue (EGSA), Don Pepe Village and Fourlane Heights. Most vehicles bound for Mariveles or Manila via BPEx exits here. PENELCO main substation office can be visible from the highway. Going east takes you to St. Joseph's College of Balanga, St. Claire Monastery and upper Tuyo.
120 21 Tenejero Exit Tenejero Exits to Tenejero proper, Bataan capitol building, Bataan Peninsula State University Main Campus (formerly BANSAT), Bataan General Hospital, Barangays Ibayo and Poblacion via A. Banzon St. Vehicles bound for Camacho, Doña Francisca Subdivision, Pilar town proper and St. Rose Homes can also take this exit. Going right leads to Barangay Bagong Silang and Munting Batangas.
124 25 Ala-uli Exit Ala-uli Pilar Intersects with Gov. J.J Linao Road which starts from the Flaming Sword monument in Barangay Panilao. Eastbound lies Barangay Ala-uli, Bataan Government Center in Liyang, Nagwaling, Diwa, and Mount Samat Shrine. Buses headed for Morong and Bagac can turn right here. While westbound lies Pilar town proper.
127 28 Santo Domingo Exit/Capot Exit General Lim (Capot) Orion Exits to Camino Road in the west via Santo Domingo and Calungusan and Barangay General Lim in the east. This is an alternate route for vehicles coming from General Lim bound for Orion town proper.
129 30 Bilolo Exit/Sabatan Exit Bilolo-Sabatan Goes to Orion town proper via Barangay Bilolo in the west. Bataan School of Fisheries is visible in the roadside. Turning east lies Barangay Upper Sabatan and Sitio San Lorenzo. This serves as a stop-over for buses heading for Mariveles.
131 Northbound 32 Northbound Daan Pare Exit Daan Pare This is where the Old National Road and BPEx intersects temporarily. Taking this exit takes you to Daan Pare proper, JRI Orion, St. Michael the Archangel Academy and Orion proper. TESDA Bataan branch can also be reached through this exit. Accessible for northbound vehicles only.
133 Southbound 34 Southbound Putting Buhangin Exit Putting Buhangin The two roads sunder again at this point. Goes to Orion Port and Barangay Putting Buhangin. Limay town proper can also be reached here.
135 36 Reformista Exit Reformista Limay Goes to Limay town proper via Barangays Reformista and Wawa. Limay Polytechnic College can also be accessible by tricycle via this exit. Meanwhile, sitio Tondol can be reached by turning right. This leads to an ascending road leading to Tondol proper.
136 37 Townsite Exit/Kitang Exit Townsite Exits to De Ocampo Street. The overpass above the expressway serves as a bridge between both lanes. Going left exits to Barangay Townsite proper and Kitang I. Going right exits to Barangay Kitang 2 and Bo. Luz.
138 Northbound 39 Northbound Alangan Exit Alangan-Bo. Roxas This exit permanently diverges the two roads, thus at this point, the Old National Road ends. Taking this exit leads you to Petron Turbine Station, Barangays Landing, St. Francis I (Bo. Roxas), and Barangay lower Alangan.
141 Southbound 42 Southbound Arsenal Vicinal Exit Lamao Exits to Arsenal Road and the Old Arsenal Area. Southbound vehicles only can access to this road.
142 Northbound 43 Northbound Lamao Exit Goes to Barangay Lamao proper. Only tricycles and lighter vehicles can access to St. Roche Parish, Lamao Port, Lamao National High School and the Surrender of Bataan memorial marker.
144 45 Alion Exit Batangas II Mariveles Goes to Batangas II proper and Barangay Alion in the west. Bayview Village can be accessed across the road if you are bound for Mariveles. Power plants incorporated with Petron are located in the mountainside if you are heading for Manila.
149 50 Old Cabcaben/Cabcaben East/Townsite Exit Townsite-Cabcaben This is the site of the old municipality of Cabcaben, when it was still separated from the corregimiento of Mariveles in the 18th and 19th centuries. Going west is Barangay Townsite.
152 53 Cabcaben West/New Cabcaben/Mountain View Exit Mountain View Exits to Mountain View Village Gate 2. Meanwhile, vehicles bound westward can visit ports which offer free rides to Corregidor. Blessed Regina Protmann Catholic School can be seen at the roadside.
156 57 MAAP Road/Tarak Ridge/Alas-asin Exit Alas-asin This is a connection between Kamaya Point Road which then leads to the Maritime Academy of Asia and the Pacific and its surrounding premises and BPEx. Meanwhile, Tarak Ridge can be visibly seen in the roadside and hikers can take the east exit to ascend to Mount Mariveles.
158 59 FAB Gate Exit/Old Zigzag Road Motorists have the option whether to take Nassco Road which exits to Barangay Sisiman and Baseco Country (Nassco Homes) or the old Zigzag road which directly connects with Mindanao Avenue in FAB (Freeport Area of Bataan) area.
159 60 Sisiman Toll Barrier Sisiman The closed system ends here.
160 61 Sisiman Exit Only light vehicles can safely terminate to Barangay Sisiman due to the landscape of the road. Large vehicles need to take extra care in taking this exit.
162 63 FAB Exit/Mindanao Avenue Exit FAB area This is the end of the Roman Superhighway, where the Nassco Road and Zigzag road intersect in Barangay Malaya, FAB area.
164 65 Poblacion Exit Poblacion BPEx officially ends at the intersection of Zalavaria Street and Gen. Ricarte Street. The Zero Kilometre Death March Marker can be seen from the road as well as the municipal hall.
