Andon Dončevski (Macedonian: Андон Дончевски, born 19 November 1935) is a former Macedonian football coach and former player.

He played with FK Vardar in the Yugoslav First League and Second League scoring a record 217 goals for Vardar and later coached the team from 1985 to 1988. In 1986/1987 season he won the title with Vardar but later after more legal proceedings the title was given to Partizan. Dončevski took a new challenge to pass on his experience abroad to Anorthosis Famagusta,[1] Espérance de Tunis,[2] Preston Lions FC,[3] the VPL, in Australia.
