Singles

"Fantastic 6" was released as a limited edition 10" in the UK only, prior to the release of "Fascination". The video for "Fantastic 6" did not surface in the UK but was ironically released in Denmark (even though the single was not released there).

"Fascination" was the second single released from the album. It charted at number four on the Danish Singles Chart, number six on the UK Singles Chart and number seven on the UK Official Download Chart.

"10.000 Nights of Thunder" was the third single released from the album. The single charted at number sixteen in Denmark and the UK, as well as number twenty-four in the Netherlands. This single did not prove as popular as "Fascination".

"Boyfriend" was the fourth single released from the album. It reached number eleven in Denmark, number fifteen in the UK, number eighteen in the Netherlands and number forty-nine in Ireland, showing more popularity than "10.000 Nights of Thunder" but not as much as "Fascination".

"Go-Go" was the fifth single released off the album. It was only released in Denmark, peaking at number fourteen.

"What Is Happening" was the sixth single released off the album. It was only released in the UK and peaked at number 110, becoming their lowest-charting single there.

Track listing

The original Danish release of the album included the tracks "Into The Jungle", "Ocean Blue" and "The Hours". The European edition, retitled This Is Alphabeat replaces these songs with "Go Go", "Touch Me Touching You" and "Public Image" respectively. In addition, some songs are remixed. It is said that these changes were made to present the band as more pop and not as guitar based. The Japanese version reinstates "Into The Jungle" and "Ocean Blue" as bonus tracks but does not include "The Hours", making it exclusive to the original Danish version.

All songs written by Alphabeat, except where noted.
