East Stirlingshire competed in the Challenge Cup, League Cup and the Scottish Cup. After a disappointing season in which they remained bottom of the fourth tier for the majority of the year, the Shire were relegated to the Lowland League after a two-leg play-off defeat to Edinbrugh City.[3]
