The 2015–16 season is Aris Thessaloniki F.C. 2nd season in Gamma Ethniki. They will also compete in the Macedonia Football Clubs Association Cup.[1]

On 17 September 2015, Nikos Anastopoulos appointed as manager.[2]

The team finished first with a 21-point difference from the second club and was promoted to the Greek Second Division.
