Division One South & West consisted of 21, including 17 teams from the previous season, three clubs relegated from Premier Division and one new club:

Bideford won the division and were promoted to the Southern League Premier Division along with play-off winners Gosport Borough. Stourport Swifts finished bottom of the table and were relegated.
