Ángel Martínez Ortega (born 17 May 1991) is a Spanish footballer who plays for CF Reus Deportiu as a left back.

Club career

Born in Barcelona, Catalonia, Martínez finished his graduation with RCD Espanyol. He made his senior debut for the reserves on 30 August 2009, starting in a 0–0 Segunda División B home draw against Sporting Mahonés CF.[1]

On 20 August 2010 Martínez was loaned to fellow third tier club Real Jaén, for one year.[2] On 12 July of the following year he signed for another reserve team, Deportivo de La Coruña B in Tercera División.[3]

On 1 August 2013 Martínez signed for CD Guijuelo, in the third division.[4] He continued to appear in the category in the following years, representing Espanyol B[5] and CF Reus Deportiu;[6] with the latter he achieved promotion to Segunda División by appearing in 32 matches.

Martínez made his professional debut on 27 August 2016, starting in a 1–1 home draw against CD Mirandés.[7]
