Enter the amount of additional Dai that you would like to add to the price of this product:
Note: As a buyer, you put 150% of the price of the product into the MAD Escrow account. At the end of a completed purchase the excess of the deposited amount over the price will be refunded to you.
Error: You do not have enough W-Dai!
You need 150% of the amount that you would like to add to the price of the product.
When you approve this purchase, you are commiting to deliver the product within a fixed amount of time. If the buyer does not receive the product within the specified time, he will likely "burn" the escrow, causing you to lose the product payment plus your bond funds (50% of the product price). Also make sure that you do not surprise the buyer with an unreasonable delivery time, or he might burn the escrow.
Note: Specifiyng the delivery time also serves a purpose for you: the buyer is commited to release the escrow funds (if he does not burn the escrow) within 30 days after the expiration of the delivery time. If he does not, then you can claim all the escrow funds, including the buyer's bond (50% of the product price).

Suggestion: If the seller has performed well, go ahead and give him a 10!
Please rate your experience with this seller. Since you are burning the escrow, it is reasonable that you would give the seller a very low rating. Nevertheless, you have the option of giving a higher rating if your particular situation calls for it...
Suggestion: If you think you can correct a simple misunderstanding with the seller, then attempt to do so by writing a message to the seller before burning the escrow.
The buyer has neither burned nor released the MAD Escrow funds. Since more than 30 days have passed from the time you promised to deliver the product, and presumably you delivered the product within the allotted time, you can now assume that all the escrow funds have been abandoned, and claim them for yourself. If you didn't deliver the product within the allotted time, then you should give the buyer some extra time before assuming that he abandoned the escrow.
You will be given a chance to send a polite note to the buyer explaining that you have claimed the escrow funds.
