Tropical Storm Kulap

The name Kulap (Thai: กุหลาบ, pronounced [kū.làːp]) has been used for three tropical cyclones in the western north Pacific Ocean. The name was contributed by Thailand and means "rose" (กุหลาบ). It was spelt Kularb until a 2002 update by the WMO that also changed the orthography of Rammasun, Mekkhala and Wipha.
