The campus of NIELIT Centre, Aurangabad district, Maharashtra (formerly DOEACC Society, Aurangabad Centre) is inside the Dr B.A.M. University, Aurangabad district, Maharashtra.[2] The site spreads over more than 18 acres. The Aurangabad Caves are near to the campus. The Soneri Mahal (Golden Palace), an ancient monument at the foot of the hills, is near to the center of the campus, while Bibi Ka Maqbara is at the north side.

The Headquarter of NIELIT Centre is based on, Dwarka District, New Delhi Under the registration of Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology of the Government of India.
