Kristi Ling

Kristi Ling Spencer is an American writer, happiness expert, and the bestselling author of Operation Happiness (Penguin Random House). She has been featured numerous national media outlets, including Readers Digest, Women's Health, CNN, Fox News, and The Huffington Post.[1] Ling Spencer speaks and writes on personal development and empowerment based on positive psychology, the work of Aristotle, and contemporary philosophy. She is also known for her TEDx talk,[2] "The Power of Re-Thinking Happiness," as well as multiple television appearances[3] and interviews.

She has worked as a recognized brand strategist and public relations consultant, and is the founder and chief creative officer of the Los Angeles public relations and social media marketing firm Bliss Media.
