Heathrow: Britain's Busiest Airport is a British documentary series, aired by ITV from 3 October 2015. Five series have been produced, the latest Series 5, which started on 21 May 2019. The series was renewed for a sixth series to air in 2020. Series 6 began airing on 19th August 2020. Filming for the sixth series was suspended in March 2020 due to COVID-19. Heathrow website confirmed that ITV had filmed over 500 hours film and that there will be a full series of 12 episodes, the same as the previous series.[1]
