Got this finished last night in bed for the RPGtober 2020. Couldn't upload last night since the tablet was at 5%. Was able to upload it on social media before tablet died. :P

Messing with the bodyhair, though not sure I like the easier hair option . Lol. I think I’ll stick to doing it by hand.

But yeah sometimes when Joshua doesn't have a stool to kick your feet up on, Sam offers himself to be used as one.

Daleon Delve is a minor character in Decisive Desire, he's a lieutenant of the royal guard of Elysium and works with Alcaeus Donndubhan. He also plays a part in training young Joshua.

Apparently Patreon is having this thing I just found out about that they can help with merch and I wanted to know from everybody (Patrons and Peers) what would they like or what would make people become a supporter on my Patreon? I think having monthly merch rewards would make it easier on me and give you guys get physical merch so I can focus more on the graphic novel. Apparently Ramon Xolotl sweet talked the other husbands to relax and allow Samuel to tend to their aching feet. Samuel happily tends to their sore soles after a long day, it's also relaxing for Sam to take care of the hubbies.

Some more free time drawing, as well as another character selected by Patrons. Richard doesn't tend to wear much when at home due to his excessive body hair but Sam doesn't mind. Just more man candy to admire, Richard would wear something like this during the cold seasons sometimes he'll wear bottoms instead of a top but that's the beauty of clothing.

Took some time from packing for the move to do some art, Patrons helped decide on characters they want to see more of. ^^ I hope to get another one done at least before the move, if I'm lucky I can get some more done too!

Well my fiancé got promoted and is being placed in his own building down in Montana so we are moving, they are gonna be shipping him out in a week, gonna be looking for a place to move to and until we get a place I'll be holding down the fort here as things are being set up.

We are both very nervous since we never been apart in our 10+ years together but being strong for him, he knows I'm very dependent on him so he's worried about that too. Don't know how long we will be apart but hopefully not too long. It's a 18+ hour drive from where we live here in Oregon. He deserves this so much and I'm happy for him.

Just giving you guys a heads up if I'm inactive or whatnot due to us gonna be moving, so I'm most likely gonna be heading down with him next month but he'll be leaving in a week to run the building.

I like the tabs, I'll see what I can do but with these I'll have to take a different approach to the website a bit since I have to make them really small to fit 3 x 3.

I think it has the feel of professionalism I want as well as catches the eye of the viewer. ^^

With the great news of being able to keep my website up I can resume focus on polishing it up! This poll is to help me see the interest level of characters when I take breaks on designing illustrations for the website / working on the graphic novel. Joshua was so pent up that even though he was able to remove the bulk of his equipment, he's left on his helmet in the heat the moment of solo time to relieve some stress.

Richard may be intimidating but he has a caring heart. He has a easy-going approach to everything and lives in the moment. The party looks up to his leadership and plans to move forward and his ability to seize control of tough situations. He's the tankiest of the group and has the strength to even keep up with Joshua when he's berserk and able to calm Samuel when he's being overwhelmed with chaotic energy.

Nikolas the cursed, he's my otter mascot / cute character! He's kind of like moogles in Final Fantasy VI or IX that would give info but he'll be like that for information about the website to help those trying to find the right spot.

Rough concept, feedback is welcome, is there anything I’m missing that people would be interested in?

The Atlas Talisman has the nine crystals representing the elements that hold together the world of Idyll (the crystals surrounding the sphere in the center being the 'world' but for the case of the website's home page it will show art of the current volume.)

I feel like I might need to clear up my icon, might just have to do a closeup of Samuel maybe cause the DD and crystal aren't coming in clear, maybe I'll just do the crystal instead.

I'll try to smooth this out but I think it's turning out well for my first take on animation.

Ramon is the very definition of lust and pleasing one's desires, many of his ladyloves are crazy about his affection and is known of his silver tongue to drive his mates into a stupor.

Joshua with half of his tool in Sam, luckily for Sam, Joshua creates a lot of pre though he is pretty explosive with spunk in the end. The pre is pretty tame here, he usually leaks a lot more but he is just getting started.

One of my favorite artists and his character had a hand in helping to inspire me to make a hippogriff character Joshua Jasper Donndubhan (of course and his family). I just think it's so awesome that even peers in the community and guys like you help shape my world! ^^

Playing with a new brush to see how body hair looks, I kinda like it, I still need to define it more but I can work with it. Might stick with the old brush for facial hair but body hair this seems a lot better to use.

Ramon is in some short swim trunks but they still look good on him even if he isn't swimming in them, he just lounges in whatever is comfortable at the time.

Working on a background for my art sites, mostly Patreon. I added icons for the 9 elements and added a tablet pen to symbolize what I use to create. Gonna do some more stuff with the banner and add some more stuff.

Nikolas is with Sam too since he is pretty much my mascot for Decisive Desire. ^^

Uh, I’m pretty shy to say this will be NSFW, patrons of course will get early access. Let me know what you guys think, I want this to be kind of realistic in how relations can be but it’s a fantasy too so I just can’t be too focused on details and get the story out there.

Ok, so I work on my iPad Pro (current gen) with this software called Procreate. I've been fiddling with stuff on and off again but I just tried drawing with a new brush.

I've been currently been using the HB Pencil brush, this one is done with a painting Flat Brush. It gives off the sketchiness / playfulness I like to have in my work, and I think it looks visually appealing, what do you guys think?

I feel like it adds a softer touch that makes it blend and has hair look even softer that I like. I can only imagine what I can get with using it to create backgrounds.

I just finished up my icons,

Trying to be prepared for future so I made icons for alot of stuff, and I think I'm gonna make a dedicated site for Decisive Desire on all these sites.

This stuff isn't going to be on my website forever, nothing is forever set in stone, I could update these in the future when I am more confident in my work to make these look better, being a perfectionist sucks but I feel like this will be a great starting point for the website.

I got my first paycheck recently! I ordered all that I needed I got everything for me to work on the tablet. (as far as I know!) But this is a great start for me to work on the go! I even paid for quick delivery so I should have my equipment this week (hopefully).

The temporary job opened up again and I start tomorrow, this time it's more full-time but still a temporary job. I believe I'll be able to get the rest of my stuff for my art tablet and I'll be able to work on my art while I'm working so that's a huge plus. Right now slowly but surely getting the graphic novel ready. I'm really excited. I'm letting you guys know what's up. ^^

Before finishing my Eye Candy piece I wanted to take an art break and draw something else. Though doing this makes me curious. lol

Joshua coming out of the bathroom, to his surprise Samuel is coming out with some treats he prepared himself. Nervous and flustered as he notices Joshua readjusting himself before him stutters with his words.

Trying to speed draw and color, though it still takes me a while to do digitally, I know the lines are sloppy and the colors could be better. But I still think it turned out good!

Well just offered another temporary job, though this one I think will be shorter, so I dunno if I can afford art supplies or not with it but here's hoping.

Logo for Decisive Desire is finished, I really like how it turned out, I have the nine elemental crystals symbolizing the nine daemons of the world of Idyll and I also have them symbolizing the rainbow since it is a gay graphic novel so I hope to catch some eyes with it. The hardest part I have to say was the font but I feel like it suits my story and the feel I'm going, I used red and purple to represent magic and love in the story as well since Decisive Desire is a gay fantasy romance. I wanted to have a Final Fantasy-like feel with a symbolic image with the title too which will make sense the deeper in the story we get! This is one of the hardest parts of making a story, and that is making an eye catching title.

I know I have a lot to learn but I think this is a great step moving forward, I have my prologue proofed and I'm ready to work on the comic page thumbnails. Right now I have plans on doing the pages in black and white cause I want a traditional feel to my pages since I prefer my linework over digital. I know some things are going on with the Patreon, I'm still not trying to do too much like when I started and get side tracked, since I've started working my temporary job I've used that time to write rough scripts of the chapters so things will go smoothly for me and get some progress moving forward for when I can get the comic pages done, I have so far 135+ pages done (I write tiny i.ei, I'm on page 10 of my written format, typed I'm at 28, so that's like 3 pages typed for 1 page written.)

I'm about finished with the third chapter with the written script. I'm typing out the prologue but I don't want everyone to read it since it's supposed to help me 'plan' out the comic layout, make sure things make sense, not too boring, make sure things are explained well enough and that sort of thing. Being a perfectionist sucks but sometimes I need help to find the things I miss and give me feedback! This is a huge project I'm undertaking, you guys are so great that your sticking with me by the way, it means ALOT!

I'm still working on the Patreon rewards since that is not working out for me right now, I got to value my time and drawing stuff for people sounds like a nice perk, it does take a while when I'm trying to do so much already and I get lost and overwhelmed alot, and I like things turning out a certain way.

So yeah, if anyone wants to sign-up to be part of the Decisive Desire proof-read team just let me know, I'm super close to being finished with the Prologue. I'm thinking about having a max of 5 proofers so things don't get too crazy with information and I'm thinking about making a text channel on the DD discord for you guys to go over with each other and talk about the story and talk with me about it as well.

These are going to be heavy with spoilers so if you don't want to spoil the story for yourself you don't have to do it. I also won't be sharing future chapters until the (current) chapter is close to being completed. That way things still will be secret and surprising, Decisive Desire is an evolving story and does change course depending on the actions of my Patrons with the voting poll and I have written alot of courses already.

A birthday gift I've done for myself, characters from my graphic novel, I wanted to do something playful and cute with my suiter characters giving the shy main character a gift for his birthday!

I want to wish you all a happy new year moving into 2019, Decisive Desire has a lot planned moving into this year so please look forward to it!

(Some background info on this illustration,

Samuel is our main protagonist of the story, born with astronomical elemental energy, a being of pure white but lost his snowy hue and majority of his powers. He also is royalty but he and his peers don't know that.

He has three main love interests, and they are very close friends as well always hanging out when duty does not hold them back from doing so.

Joshua, our militia-trained soldier, grew up aspiring to be great like his father, if he isn't training he's usually doing some form of workout or protecting the peace. Though his family may be lowborn his family's ties to the country are strong serving the king and queen of Elysium, he is a very proud and stubborn fellow.

Ramon grew up doing a lot of hard work, construction with his father. Didn't really have a mother figure since she left while Ramon was still very young. Ramon seemed to be quite the silver-tongued charmer, though he is no stranger to discrimination, he usually is seen bickering with Joshua constantly at each others throats for reasons unknown.

And lastly our link keeping the peace of the group, Richard. His family runs a decent shop and works with alchemical reagents helping those who aren't adorned with magic or who can't heal. Richard has a leader mentality, his friends always look up to and respect him. He can usually be seen hunting or gathering materials for his family but oftentimes likes to take his friends along for whatever journey he fancies.

Playing around with word balloons, copic ink markers to compare them with the other ink pen I use, I like the copic more-so for fonts and lines, but I like my lines done with other ink pen. Get a full body pick of Joshua, a smug Richard and a beaten Ramon, but you get a better view of his face.

Here is some concept art and information about the main cast of characters in the story of Decisive Desire.

Sketchbook concepts and info usually won't be worked on further so I would consider this a complete version (everything was drawing with ink so I usually left as is.)

I think I need to mess around with the reward stuff cause I have ideas still and I need to fix things so that they are fair but something that rewards members for donating more. So right now I think I'm going to remove the tiers except Tier 1, until I have the equipment to give you guys some unique Decisive Desire rewards. Cause right now I need to get more focused on getting pages out when I'm not doing commissions and doing updates on my website.

I'm thinking about the monthly updates to non-Patrons as well moving forward.

(Don't worry to those at the current tiers or have donated while the rewards were that way, you'll still getting the rewards for the late tiers. I just need to fix them up so that I'm not encumbered with a lot of stuff that I'm trying to juggle ((commissions, patron characters, comic pages, etc)).

Your feedback is taken to heart, you guys make this possible for me and I really appreciate your support. I know I'm being over ambitious and I think that's why it's taking me a while to get stuff out cause I'm worried about too many details sometimes and I'm only one person.

Update with Arborbitae.

Having a royal paladin for a father, he's had quite the sire to look up to. Arborbitae trains everyday with Lieutenant Dalion, a close friend to Alcaeus.

A natural with swordsman at his young age, even Alcaeus believes he'll surpass him one day. He truly allows the wind to guide his blade.

Arborbitae can be a humorous child, though he's serious about his combat training. He uses his father's old battle-worn longsword, though now it's more of a short sword.

I know I have an idea for the cover, but I believe I'll need help. I kind of want the cover to be dynamic but also tell a story, and a great cover helps the story get attention. I don't want to over do the cover with too many characters, just main characters for the chapter in work.

Here I have Alcaeus using his amulet, allowing the light to grant him his signature zweihander. (he's a royal paladin that protects his kingdom, years of service has rewarded him with a valuable treasure, and to an unadorned *non-magic user* this helps him use some magics of the light with this trinket.)

I did this sketch with some spare time I had while working on commissions. I really like the poses of the father and the son. (I might rework Arborbitae into a more dynamic pose like his father *He looks a lot older than where the story stands right now*

So when I have more time I like to delve more into the cover and website illustrations.

I'm getting used to the tablet at little more, watching plenty of videos and taking notes, I feel like I'm getting used to the tablet again, I know this is smaller but I like the lines on this and how the color looks as well as the clothes. I know I'm not perfect but I'm trying.

Linework is penciled/inked and colored digitally. I like the linework, I feel like I can do this with the graphic novel, I need a printer so I can ink some finalized panel designs so it doesn't take me so long ya know. I'm using this for when I open commissions.

Ugh, I guess a fetish piece, this is panel 1, I've spent a while working on this digitally to try and get used to it since I still need a lot of practice. I like how this is turning out. It'll be NSFW of course with how the dialogue is leading the piece. Between Arbor and Grimoire of course.

I wanted it to be a quicker piece but forgot how long digital pieces take me. >> lol Well I'm all about quality so please look forward to it! After I get this fetish strip done I'm continuing on with the story and finishing up the website cover and the DD character pieces I still need to do.

Well apparently the person who I was going to replace decided to stay housekeeper so now I don't have a job now. Ugh, well I guess just means back to working with what I have.

No he's not erect, just pent up, he's a shower though regardless. Hopefully he has some privacy to walk around like that.

It's a shame my work isn't that good digitally, really killed my confidence knowing my work digitally wasn't good quality.

Since I've learned about the digital problem, I've leaned more towards the traditional side of working on my graphic novel. Though that also made me need supplies I don't have, and that I need more variety of colors as well. And art supplies aren't cheap and I need to find some income right now cause it's hard to create with limited income. I care about quality over quantity, I don't want my stuff to suffer because the quality of my work *digital* is suffering.

As far as I know, I got my old job working as a housekeeper in an assistant living place for the elderly and those that need help taking care of themselves. I believe I start orientation this Monday, I still plan on giving you guys content, though I'm going to aim for a page a week due to the long shifts I'm going to have to work. But in turn I will be able to get some supplies I need but I'm going to also be helping my fiancé with bills while I'm working.

This way I think I can get myself a printer, the entirety of the rest of the Copic Markers I need with refills and nibs, etc, good paper for finished pieces and other stuff. *the pages will be rough like the previous 3 I've done, until I get a printer, cause I want to ink them, go back to traditional works. I want what is best for what I can do with Decisive Desire, and being a perfectionist sucks cause I don't want to cut corners with my product.

I have Albin, Alcaeus and Regina color as well as the main character so far.

I like the idea of pin-ups, and I know I'm getting behind on stuff due to real life stuff right now. I think I need to alter some things so that it will better fit my schedule. I'd like some suggestions from you guys cause you guys are doing a lot for me, and I am being rather adventurous right now trying to learn some animation for some Decisive Desire stuff, and as well as thinking of some awesome ideas for t-shirts and other stuff.

I'm also thinking for a future reward to patrons who support me will get monthly postcards once I get a printer, how does that sound? I know I can do more when things are flowing more better, right now I'm feeling a little tied up with the digital stuff right now, though I'm not stopping digital work I'm going to go back and forth with doing traditional to digital for a product that best expresses my style and feel I'm going for in my graphic novel Decisive Desire. I personally love the traditional look. I have a lot of ideas and goals, but I think right now I have too much I'm trying to do with the little time I have to dedicate to art.

I love you guys and I'm happy you guys are so patient with me, please give me some feedback on what you'd like to see from me, I want to a lot for Decisive Desire and you guys and I just am curious to what your looking for as in content I can put out in a monthly basis to make sure you guys are happy with what your supporting me as. I don't want to make you guys feel like your wasting your hard earned money.

I know I'm probably doing this the hard way probably the old fashioned way but trying to animate this. I know I don't want to add too much detail for a new animated thing but this is the kind of thing I'm going for, just like stars sparkling in the background with his hair being blown by gusts of wind while the crystal glows / sparkles.

I'm really new to this so any help with knowledge of 2D animation would really help.

I'm going to go back to my traditional line work, now that one of my peers told me that I was doing my digital work in lower quality and I was oblivious to it, I personally feel my work shines with traditional lines, feels more alive and lived-in, unique. I noticed that my work was missing my personality when I went to digital, and I want to recapture that.

Been busy the past couple days I have a annual house check up so I've been doing a 'spring' cleaning for the house, just cleaning more heavy duty like the outside walls and making sure things are spotless when they come down in a few days, just can't have anything go wrong so making sure things are spotless so they don't have a reason to kick us out.

I hope everybody is doing well though and thank you for being patient with me!

I've learned a lot since I've started doing digital work and I felt like I can do a better intro to the story than what is currently going on, though I will still use what I've already done for the main story, I'll incorporate it differently though when it gets to that mark but I feel like this will be better suited and creative to my standards that both me and my peers will enjoy. I aim to try to do at least a page a day at least with lineart and then finish with coloring when I can since it can take a while. I know I'll still learn over time which is what I aim to do.

I want the focus to be of the Oracle in the beginning of the story that opens up to where the characters are at right now. I want a lot of dynamic shots and cool stuff happening in my story. Though I consider my story fantasy, I think the proper term would be both equally dark fantasy as well, so I'm sure you'll see what I mean when the time comes.

So I've been wanting to have some Decisive Desire merch and there is this site that would put my designs on t-shirts so that those interested could buy a t-shirt with Decisive Desire related stuff be it characters or other things you want to see as a design, it can be action poses to other things such as cities or monsters, I mean the sky is the limit since Decisive Desire's world is vast and more stuff will be uncovered over time. I think it would be a cool way that I can make some extra money too if people are interested and might bring in more people who want to support Decisive Desire.

This can be alternated if people want t-shirt design one month and then a risqué pin-up the other, I can do a poll if people would like too. This poll is to show me the interest in having Decisive Desire themed t-shirts, the voting for the design is still exclusive to the Patrons but anybody who is interested in the design or wants to support me can publically do so while the design is up in the store.

(Any patron is able to vote so a dollar is all you need to get access to my work and voting rights!)

T-shirts is one of many things I want to do, I want to do posters, keychains, pins and other stuff and I want to see how this will turn out.

A new character shown you guys haven't seen before. (I've seen this pose going around the internet, since it kind of relates to my story with the characters, why not?) Though I'm sure you won't know what I'm talking about until more of the story is released.

Arborbitae, Xanthus, and Grimoire. But are Grimoire and Xanthus holding Arborbitae back from something?

Arborbitae and Xanthus are very best of friends, and with Grimoire in the company the three of them make a great party. Must be hard for Grimoire to contain his feelings and with so much masculinity everywhere, feelings develop for both of his protectors you can feel the sexual tension but can he act upon these feelings?

Done it traditionally to get the feel of the posture of characters, since this was a tie I tried to incorporate them together in a setting that wouldn't be too far fetched if they were...in odd circumstances.

High King Albin the VIII is undressing to use the bath after a long day in the field, looks like one of his Lieutenants barged in...Dalion, undressing as he walks into the bathroom. The High King does not look amused in this abrupt invasion of his privacy.

I used my graphgear mechanical pencils which I normally use to draw traditionally and used W1 & W3 of my Copic Markers for the color.

I know I've been doing a lot of digital art, though I feel I do better with the traditional medium. I feel I have more control and I don't have to spend hours zoomed into a small portion of the page when I'm drawing! XD

I wanted to show the Elysian Demesne architecture type/influences. This is in the Elysian kingdom, military district. It is a bit blurry but when I upload it I hope the lines will be more defined. I altered some things like the windows to make them feel more old fashioned/fantasy. Though has a lot of stone structures it's has a lot of nature that grows within the kingdom to make it a very beautiful place inside and out.

Arborbitae really got the dad bod going, he's more muscular and thick, drinking some spirits and lounging around, looks like he's getting ready to relax.

Albin is the High King of this province, rules at Elysium like you know, there are two other lesser kingdoms that answer to Elysium for final rule but govern their own areas and have their own specialties that set them apart.

Oranos the kingdom north of Elysium distinctive by the floating islands, known for their rare minerals that are exposed since the rise of the continent.

Limnia the kingdom to the east of Elysium is known for their creative cultures from spirits, silks, pottery and music, most of the Elysians love the shellfish that are acquired in the vicinity.

Alinhac, though not a kingdom it is a rustic village, not many adorned civilians live here, leaving this place defenseless against fiends. People who cannot afford to live in the kingdoms usually find themselves living here, it's a hard life but it's fair to those that know how to live off the land and do some agriculture to trade for glix or other necessities for living.

Father's Eyes, a very holy landmark, the highest point of the continent where a grand balcony and statue depicting their holy deity stands, though their Elafros has been forgotten, people still go on pilgrimages to give offerings to the holy being.

Took a while but I finally fully unpacked and my desk has everything I own. lol

I decided to ink some lines with my .03 copic multiliner and it came out well. Then I colored with my copic markers and I like it, even Firebrand said it looked good, and I was able to do this super quickly in no time at all. What would you guys think if I did the comic in traditional inks and colors?

Fleshed out more of the colors!

Getting into colors, I was hoping to get into it sooner, though some of you guys know I had my wisdom teeth (top 2) pulled out last Monday. lol Totally sucks! XD

I know I'll get better with practice but I feel like it's still looking good. I can't remember the saying, it's better to be finished than perfect. (kind of why I feel like I shouldn't do cleaner lines cause I feel like my personality in my artwork is with the sloppiness I create my pieces with.)

Deity of the Divine, Elafros, to those that recall his ancient name. Nowadays his people refer to him as the Holy Father. Myth stats that this holy god was born to govern the world's light, a symbol for divinity, judgement, hope and mercy. Without this divine being, Idyll would be a dark world with no light to comfort the weak.

One legend that told of the heavenly power of Elafros, is of three adventurers came unto his shrine, prayed for their battle ridden kingdom sanctuary from their neighboring countries and fiends that dwell upon the land. He answered their plea but gave them a quest to carry out and only then can he bestow the peace they desire. They succeeded and now the Elysian Demesne has been lifted up and become the floating continent it is now today, the three travelers became known as the Pious Three and Elysium was built in reflection to their deeds.

Though time and worship have long since passed, he still has mortals that are devout and seek his influence. Elafros watches over his people even when in his state of eternal slumber. Awaiting the one prophecy foretold the one born of pure white to receive blessings of his divine will with wisdom to wield the holy magicks.

Have the flats in place, now the extra details and fleshing out some stuff.

When I created Decisive Desire, not only did I want it to be a graphic novel, I also created it, the world, characters and etc with an JRPG in mind, classic turn-based combat, unlockables, secrets, fun gameplay, huge open world to explore and a lot of characters to interact with as well as hunky party members and gods.

I would like to have it 2D stylized but somewhat 3D, kind of what Breath of Fire did and have other influences like Wild Arms, Final Fantasy etc mixed in. And cool combat stuff like in Grandia Xtreme with how sometimes your party members would also do special attacks after spending time with them on the battle field or even in FFIX that you learn abilities and such from equipment, and how you can find secret summons in the series. Having equipment shown on the characters was also a huge deal for me, like buying gear and seeing how it looks, so maybe you could have bara characters in barely anything with less dmg or awesome looking gear and be a beast in battle, and the characters would show emotion on the field and in battle. I know I'm being ambitious as a person by himself on this. And I know at some point I'm going to hire a person to do my music and I probably need help with sound effects and maybe help with 2D animation for the cutscenes if I don't do that myself.

What I'm saying is, do you think I should say that Decisive Desire is a gay anthro graphic novel & a JRPG in the making? Maybe having some concept art would help with what I'm trying to achieve? I don't know how I can do this from scratch though, but if you have some ideas let me know cause I really want to get started on it. Don't worry, I'll still work on the graphic novel, I have the story, world, characters, and artistic talent and the time and even a website!! I'm just so excited about Decisive Desire's future.

Though I don't know how to do the privacy thing so that you guys are the only ones that get to see my streams but I think I got it figured out? If not let me know. But I'm thinking since I'm new to streaming maybe we can start off slow. What day do you guys think would work out better to stream on? For now I think it would be in my best interest to work on Decisive Desire in black and white, with doing commissions to make sure I can make it without struggling too hard, I know I can get Decisive Desire pages out a lot faster and have a lot of detail in them. This is not saying I'm going to stop doing color, you guys get exclusive color access to anything I do that will be in color (note the few holiday pieces or so I'll put out with color to get DD more attention.)

This way I will be more focused to bring out more story until I get more support, and I can have a perk down the line that will unlock colored pages, let's say $750 a month mark. Far enough away I'll get some practice with color but not an outrageous milestone that would be unobtainable. This way the story can move forward and get Decisive Desire more support in the future with more content out.

You guys really do make me happy and strive to better myself and put out more content. I'm not only doing this for you guys, I'm doing this for myself too cause Decisive Desire is my dream, and thank you for supporting me!

(Creature concept)

A type of creature inspired by basilisks from fantasy folklore. Basilisco are used for transport and travel much like horses. Though they are from mythical beasts their poisons and stone magics are diluted to be used by the commonfolk.

Ok, well my website is pretty much ready to go live, went to see if I could turn it on. It doesn't give me my domain name and my own website unless I pay for it annually...ugh. Might take me a while to save up $132.

I know I've been a little busy but here is something I tried to do quickly for you guys. ^^

B&W Public version releases 04.05.18

One more panel to do and then add final special effects and word bubbles. I know with more practice I'll get better.

I'd like to think I'm pretty quick when it comes to linework, even if it's sloppy it adds a lot of character and charm to my characters. Though with coloring, I know it takes me a while and I know it's because I'm new to the digital field myself. Perhaps with enough support from patrons on my Patreon, perhaps I can hire a colorist that I can work with that will share the same feeling and color style I'm trying to convey with Decisive Desire, and have experience with color theory, I know I can't just hire any kind of colorist and I'd have to pay them per page as well as far as the data I've compiled for such skills. I'll look into it more, but let me know what you guys think. I feel like I'd be able to focus more on my line detail and hand over my pages for a colorist and be able to push out pages quickly. Traditionally, depending on the detail in the page I was able to get a page done within a day or so with just the linework. I just want to spend more time on the story and characters and not have to worry about coloring too much. I know I'll do colors to play around with character design and world building, that sort of thing. With 160+ pages planned per book. Hiring a colorist just sounds like it would be a huge help but first I need to make sure I can survive right? Since this is my only source of income. Again, let me know your thoughts.

Finished with Panels 1 and 2, working on Panel 3 right now. Been lacking behind a bit, trying to make sure I can get this page done this week though!

The more skilled military units in the Elysian Demesne actually can choose their military garb as long as it fits in their guidelines. Despite being on a floating continent, Elysians don't get a lot of cold weather so being in light garb wouldn't be that uncommon for soilders to wear.

I finished it, I know I can do more but I feel like I have done enough, I can't be a perfectionist you know. Added Alcaeus's wife Regina who is carrying the bar's special holiday dessert Sour Cherry Tart. And looks like somebody in the back, Lieutenant Dalion Delvin and somebody familiar, did somebody grow up? lol

(Since I'm going to be away from the computer tomorrow and it's the weekend I'm gonna be releasing this early, and as a special bonus to my patrons they get the linework, in case they ever feel like they want to color this in the future. ^^

Coming along nicely. More detail has been put in and finished coloring Atlas and added Nashilia in the background with her tossing her Bunyion in the air.

Added some more stuff to the picture, Alcaeus make an appearance as well and his shirt is revealing more skin. Though looks like he's having a good time with a fellow patron of the bar. Hrmmm, adding more characters that are relevant to the story though they are in good terms with our prince. Though I can't do everybody but it is going to be a nice visual. ^^

This months holiday picture I'm working on. I still have a lot to do, would've uploaded my progress yesterday but was pretty busy. V1P14 is still being worked on. You guys let me know what you think after this is done. ^^

This is just a work in progress of the world map, this is just a tiny portion of the world. And this is subject to change, and with the story progressing, so too will this map. I need to find some way to do it better though.

Aldor has been a major staple with Decisive Desire. I feel like him just being hairy or natural just suits him and his personality. He's passionate and being the deity of fire I feel this speaks volumes about him. He's smug and has a huge ego, and worship is his favorite of pleasures.

Though in the illustration this is quite a ways from when we first meet him but I cannot wait until he makes his debut into the story.

One more panel left until I'm done with the linework. I am also thinking of adding more content besides the pages, like do weekly lore like maybe 1 - 2 extra illustrations followed by lore and you guys get early access to it and then it will be added to the Decisive Desire website compendium after a week so that way I'm always putting out content as well as creating pages so I don't get droughts.

The extra stuff can be from characters, the regions races, politics, lore, history, items, equipment, deities, maps, magic, food, architecture, anything related to Decisive Desire.

Like yesterday's Alcaeus can count for this week's extra content since it took like 2 days but I'm hoping I can put out more and get a lot of practice piecing this world together for you guys. Let me guys know what you think, I love hearing your opinions.

Finally got this one done, happy how it turned out. Now to work on page 14. I'll be happy when I can somehow pump out a page a day. But I still got to work on that.

Almost done with coloring. Got to finish up panel 5-7 and then I can start working on page 14.

Trying to finalize the color. I know I need to go back and touch up panel 3. I know with working with the tablet I'll be more faster and the more I work with it. I know I'm slow. I feel I'm improving though. I know I want to put out 1 page a week though I know I want to push out more. I just got to get used to doing the linework and coloring digitally. I know I zoom real close when I'm working and I know that doesn't help. I know one day getting a Cintiq would help me a lot too cause I know I can draw out pages faster traditionally but the linework can be a little messy. :P

Here's what I got so far for pg 13. I got the other panels ready for final inking and I got to clean up the lines in Panel 2 & 3.

I like how it's turning out, a lot of my tabs will be hidden until I get some illustrations for them, I still got to do some minor stuff for that ones shown that will be available for launch of the website.

Tomorrow I'll be messing around with the website and working on pg.13. I'm having company come over too since it's my birthday as well, dunno how long they will be here until I can resume my work. Happy to be finished with this so I can move forward to the meat of Decisive Desire.

They color details are coming along nicely. I think the final thing is adding the body hair to the males and seeing how that turns out.

Been working on the color for the cover. I think it's turning out great. I got a lot of the flat color in and I've been working on defining the characters. Right now I'm working on Nashilia (the red-head). Got to do a little more on her before I'm finished, but things are looking great. My fiancé has the computer this weekend and I have some shopping to do but I'll try and find some time to sneak on the computer and get more done on the weekend.

Been working on both the cover and page 13. Though I felt more inspired to work on the cover. I have 11 main characters that show up in the first volume of my book, though there will be plenty more when I get more pages done.

Hey I wanted to show you guys what I've been working on this weekend. I still have a lot of work to do with it, right now I'm working on illustrations for the Home Page, pretty much like a front cover for the graphic novel shown on the front page. I got an About the Artist written about me and I feel really good about that. And I'm super happy with how my Grimoire Crystals and my title looks on the front, took a while to get the transparency working. Still working on the color scheme for the header and footer of the website and the background, I want something dark for the background so my pages are easier to read and whatnot. Though I figure maybe it will be more awesome when I get my illustrations finished. It has the characters in the first book (160) pages planned, not all but the major characters of the story and I will be doing updates on the website illustrations too.

I've been working on getting Decisive Desire it's own website. Right now I'm designing a layout and whatnot that fits the vibe I'm going for. I was wondering what you guys think about updates of pages. Cause I know it probably gets tedious to see unfinished pages a lot. Maybe I can ease the updates to something you'll be more into seeing?

I can do skeleton comic pages (before I start doing the linework, the text bubbles can be included if they are in the page.), sketch of page, cleaned up linework of the page, then color? Up to you guys, I like staying organized but I want to have you guys in mind so my page doesn't look like a mess.

This is based off of my character reference sheet I've been sitting on for a while. Here is what the base looks like, I'm working on a character example sheet at the moment, it will help me with fast coloring and fans that want to do fanart with colors and etc. So it has multipurpose use.

Practice makes perfect. I feel like the white also allows the eye to be naturally drawn to the characters.

Ok, I think until I can put out color better, I think I should focus on B&W pages that I can work on later so that story can progress and my page has a steady state of content people can look forward to. Plus I need to open up commissions until this is a more reliable source of income for me since I only make about 6-7$ a month, I need to think of ways to produce Decisive Desire at a rate I'm happy with until I'm more comfortable with the digital tablet and pushing content out cause I was thinking with the tablet I'd be able to put out a page a day.

I'm not giving up, I'm just trying to think of ways I can put pages out and then in the future I can go back and color them on my free time. While working on commissions so things aren't so tight on my end.

Just wanted to do a quick-ish doodle of Aldor since I haven't drawn him in a while.

First panel again, heh, did a lot of detail with the pillars and decided to do a different design than what was traditionally done and designed the tile walkway. Hopefully it will look better when I am done with the panel. I spent like over 12 hours on the pillars and the floor today. /sweats.

Got the panels already laid out for the next page and started working on the first panel. Things can still change before finalized.

I'd like to say I'm finished and that I can move forward. I think it looks great for a person who is new to the digital way of art. I know I can improve but I got to move forward.

I feel like I'm getting pretty close to being done with this page, long process though I'm still learning, I still feel like I can do better but I need to make progress.

Hrm, I feel like I should do more research on the linework on how other digital artists do their pieces just so I have that sort of knowledge, the stuff I learned might be useful for some but I think it takes more work doing it.

Getting more of the background fleshed out and working on the pedestrian. Also got my font for the title and the speech bubbles. Wasn't happy with the provided normal font that goes with computers and stuff so I got new ones I was happy with and that would fit the theme of my story.

Getting closer, I know I have more details to work out with the color and I'm working on another character. Sorry it's taking a while.

I didn't feel like I was done enough to upload but it's bedtime for me. Was hoping to get some of the background done and I've been working on trying to get the pathway completed but it's still not done.

Had little time to work today, but working on the guard and added equipment effects, will work on it more, also added detail to the statue and finished up his coloring, I'm saving the crystals for last.

Working on the statue in the center of the page, I still have things to add to him but I think it's looking great. The great thing about these statues in the story is that they provide a significant source of light at night or in dark days. As you can probably also see is that as the statue is made of a stone substance, it is decorated with fabric so that it can be quite animated in windy days as well as since it also hovers over a magical crystal that allows it to float in place. He is a representation of the last god known to them which is also shown with the halo and the symbolic kingdom's gem in his palm.

Ok so I know I've been working on the November piece for a bit now I'm also going to be working on remastering the pages I have published so far and fixing them up and doing linework for public and then color for you, my patrons. I only had a little time but found a type of pen that works better for outline in my opinion.

I am using the pages I have done as reference, I still really love how this one looks, though I might do some changes to the background to fit the kingdom's view better.

More is shaded and got some body hair going as well as some grass. I think it's turning out great, next time though I think I'm not going to ink the background cause I feel like it makes it so I can't do certain things without taking a lot of time to work around what I've already done. I still really like how it looks but I know it's taking too long than what I originally thought.

Doing a little bit more. Slowly getting there I'm doing the shadows now. I know I can't be perfect though.

Fiance had a 3 day weekend so I spent some time with him and was pretty good. Also got speakers for my computer so now I can finally listen to music while I draw. Also I wanted to ask you guys about Decisive Desire.

Would you like to see color even if it would take longer to get to see more story more often or should I do B&W and be able to push more work out faster? (*If I did color would you guys want it to be Patreon exclusive and maybe entice more people to become Patrons? And B&W can be public whereas color would be exclusive to you guys./and further down the line can be obtained with purchasing a book when it can be published?)

I have other plans too but way too early to even think or discuss them until the future of my book is more complete.

This is taking longer than expected. I guess my linework is so detailed it's taking me a while to get things going. I know I have some cleaning up to do. And thing I'll be doing a lot of extra details and light and shading and other effects. Got a long ways to go it seems, so close, yet so far.

I think the flats are coming along nicely. Did some alterations to his zweihander. I also think the colors I chose suit Alcaeus nicely too. The color scheme I have so far is with the theme of military but with a divinity twist to it, that's where my mind is at, so that would explain the types of greens and browns I have with the blade and equipment. Also a first look at the currency too, next to the boots there is a Glix pouch where the currency of the world is usually carried in.

The start of my flats though I fear I may have to redo this after doing research on the process and steps of coloring.

Ok, I believe I'm done with the inking phase. Now to do the flats...this might take a while. Time to do some research!

Got a lot of the background done. Still have some minor things to add but it's coming together nicely I think. I would've had more done and this updated last night but the internet was shut off at 1 pm due to an accident in the area. I even went to bed early cause it was hitting 7-8 hours with no internet. It's up now though, expect more progress!

I think I got the inking part down. I'm not so intimidated as much anymore, just studied a bit more and did some research and found a way that worked better for me. I think it's turning out great.

I got everything for my starter desk and studio. Still getting acquainted with the tablet but I'm feeling pretty confident with how it is turning out.

I'm still trying to do the inking part now. It's really hard. I'm trying to put some colors down but I'm kind of stuck and intimidated by the ink phase. It's really hard to control the pen and I'm already wearing it down on this one piece which kind of surprised me.

Here is how far I got tonight. Getting more detail added. I feel the details make the piece so that's what I'm going for but I know I don't want to go too overboard, I'm still learning so bear with me.

Ok, I didn't like how the other one was turning out and I was watching more tutorial videos and familiarizing myself with the Clip Studio Paint. I just wanted to try again with the same aspect I was going for with Alcaeus in his underwear getting ready to bathe at the falls.

I'm just messing with the colors and finding a coloring style that suits me. Just takes practice ya know.

So I'm still familiarizing myself with the tools, I'm just seeing what I can do. Today I messed with my pen sensitivity and the tablet shortcuts. I also think I found my favorite font for now. I want to try seeing what I can do with watercolor and see if things turn out well. I can't wait to see it uncover more though and I think I'm doing well for one that is pretty new to this.

Things are looking pretty great so far, it's kind of intimidating but I know with practice I'll get used to using the tablet. I'm a little scared of doing color now with how things are, I just don't want things to be too complicated I guess. ^^

Ok, so now I got my desk and computer set up, now I'm going to be acquainting myself with the tablet and familiarizing myself with color and digital work! So before I head full on my graphic novel I find it best to learn the basics. Don't worry, this project I'm working on is Decisive Desire related. I'll put up my rough draft I'm going off of on digital practice.

Tomorrow is my last day, then I have all the time to put towards Decisive Desire. So excited, either going to town to get my computer this weekend or the next but it's really soon! So pumped! I'm considering starting over from page 1 and reworking some things until I get to current which is page 13 which is in progress.

Also thinking about maybe somehow starting a website and maybe putting out a desktop calendar every month with different illustrations and maybe have it as one of the Patreon exclusive rewards out of some I have planned.

What do you guys think? What would you guys like to see? Or what would you think people would like to see besides my work appearing in color?

I'm about to get my computer within the month I believe, maybe 2. But here soon I'll have to be fully fledging myself to my graphic novel with the free time I'm about to have. I'm super excited to get working with these new tools. But I'm also scared and very nervous about Decisive Desire's future, I'm keeping my head up. Staying positive for what's to come and hopefully I'll be able to live off of my work.

Getting my equipment together. Received my desk and chair, took about 4 hours to put everything together. Also got a small table for free that I'm going to be using to put my scanner and in the future a printer on. Got a keyboard and my Intuos Comic tablet. Now to save up for my computer and software for working on Decisive Desire.

Started working on the 4th panel, Alcaeus got all decked out with his armor equipped heading out to the Palace, he is calling for his son in the panel, Arborbitae Epifanio Donndubhan (long name).

Working on the next page. I'm going to have to be quite rough with my linework with the amount of time I have to work on it. (Don't worry, the pages will be redone/remastered when I go digitally. Especially when I get more followers to my series.)

Well things are very tough right now, things are really setting me back. I don't think I'll be able to get my art stuff anytime soon with how things are going with my current job. I don't have my scanner set up at the moment since I'm still in the process of unpacking and trying to move stuff from old place to here but tomorrow is my last day in doing so. I tried to do what little illustrating I can with the limited time I have available. As soon as I get home I have about 4 hours if I'm going to stay up late to do dinner, clean the house, take care of the animals and etc and finding time do draw while doing those things, it can be pretty hectic, and if I work a 12 hour shift, I can forget about art since there is definitely no time for that. I hope you all are doing well and I am very happy for you guys sticking with me and supporting me, especially how things are going so far on my end!

Apart from me working hard and getting stuff unpacked I'm doing good, just got the desk from the old place and fiancé set up his computer so I can now at least get on the internet. Pulled a 12 hour shift on Thursday and a 11 hour shift yesterday. I'm hoping I can get my art supplies soonish and show progress of my studio. I'm hoping I can get some new stuff up soon too!

This is the place where we are moving too, it's a bit run down but we will be fixing it up.

I'm moving tomorrow on Monday but this is where my studio will be where I'll be creating Decisive Desire in and other creative works.

Been busy with the move but I found some time to draw and illustrated my hippogriff zweihander wielding paladin, Alcaeus Donndubhan and his blade, Regina.

Well this Monday we will be going in to sign our paperwork to rent our new home and we will be able to move in August 1st I believe. I got to see our new place. First time having my own home besides an apartment, we are still renting it but it's the next best thing. We have a fenced in front and back yard, but our house is really small (smaller than what we live in now) and it's really old. We don't even have closets here. We'll make due, it will require a lot of labor to fix up. I'll see if I can put up pictures of the place and the room I'll have my studio in. I'm excited though!

Though don't know how long it will take til we get internet out there. Fiance is worried that there will be no internet provider out there, the town we are moving to is also a lot smaller than were we live now, still no grocery store. We'll have to look into where a nearby store is when we move in if everything goes according to plan.

So far we have some good news, we might actually have a house to move to. Crossing fingers but this will really help us if we really do get the house even though it's going to be really really tight.

My internet got shut off but got it turned back on today. I did this quick doodle on my phone while at work on break. Its super hard to do lines. But did this for the 9 gods in Decisive Desire. I barely have any time after work to do anything and playing catch up when on the weekends. Things seem to keep getting worse though like the new company taking over is taking away $10 an hour from my fiancee pay so now we are really going to be struggling for a house but we are hanging in there. I hope you all are doing great though.

Hey guys I hope you are all doing well. I'm doing OK, just working a lot. Been dealing a lot of my health conditions / allergies while at work and my eczema which isn't fun at all.

Still looking for a house to move into, it's just hard to find a place with the debt I have or losing the place that we are looking at due to a family looking at the place too, I understand though even while we are trying our hardest to not become homeless. I'm hoping I can burn out a page this weekend or at least get it started.

I just wanted to update you guys too. I'm really hoping I can get my art supplies quick too after we lock in a house for us.

Well we got notified today and we didn't get the house unfortunately.

First page to finish while having this new job. Though I think I'm going to have to cut back on this final stage just so I can keep the story going without having to have people wait too long for content to come out. I'll have the time set aside on the weekends to put towards Decisive Desire.

I started my new job today, unfortunately we didn't get the house we were looking at.

I got the job, I start this Monday. Well this is good news to a point. I'll do what I can with the time I'm given. Now we need our new home to find.

So I got my job interview today, I think it went well. If I get it I'll have a lot my time taken but I'll try my best to keep Decisive Desire updated as much as possible with what time I'll have left from working and my daily chores and cooking.

I hope I get it, I'll be able to supply myself with the equipment I've been longing for years. I think it's a step I need to get the tools a lot faster. I don't want to leave anybody in the dark about what's going on.

I might have some commissions coming in that will help me greatly but I'm still going to try and put in some more work between commissions when they come in and my graphic novel.

Got to the final stage now. Now to do the clean linework and extra details and make sure things look great. My time was cut short today due to the bad news of not getting our apartment. I might be able to squeeze more art time this weekend though but I can't make any promises.

Well we didn't get approved for the apartment we were aiming for. I'll keep you guys updated.

So in also turn to moving, I might also be getting a job, it will take up a lot of my free time and the time I put towards my art. So I'm thinking to move story along I'll have to skip the final stage of the comic step process I take. But I'll still make sure that my work is bearable. I just hope you guys will be ok with having a messier version of my comic pages than waiting forever for 1 to come out.

Haha, this page is giving me more trouble than any page by far to this point. Trying to make sure things look unique and whatnot but also make sure they look right. Still this is a rough sketch page and I have plenty of time to just mess around with it until I'm satisfied with the outcome.

I am in the process of moving within the month so my content will be held back but I'll make sure to tell you guys when closer to move date to not leave you guys in the dark.

This is very rough, though I know what I want to do. I'll be able to better explain once I get the rough draft penciled up but it'll be similar to above.

Since I finished it on a weekend It'll be released like it came out yesterday, but if it was finished on Sunday it would be pushed forward til Monday for public if that makes sense.

Got a lot done today, just one more panel to do and then I'll be going in with the details and shadow work.

Didn't get a lot of time to work on my page but it's still coming together nicely.

Didn't get to do as much as I wanted today. Hopefully I get some time during my busy weekend to do some more work.

I love how this page turned out in rough draft phase. I got a lot done.

Got some more work done before bed. I'm liking how panel 1 looks in this stage.

This page turned out great, the only issue I have is the hand in panel 3 but otherwise I'm pleased with how it turned out.

Wasn't a fan of how Alcaeus's hair and neck looked in panel 1 so I tried to get more close to how he looked in the rough draft. Doing POV (point of view) shots can be rather vexing a times though. I guess with more practice I'll get better at it though.

Getting close to finishing this page. Sorry, I've just been having a lot of stuff come on while working on this page so content has been slowly coming out.

Panel 2 is a little off for me but I think I need to replace the speech bubbles in other places that don't make them feel so forced? Plus I tried to do a different type of angle but I don't know if the woman is in a good angle to go with the viewpoint.

Nows not the time to be a perfectionist. I'll make notes on what doesn't look right and of course I'll take constructive criticism and take that to heart to. I mean I've never done a graphic novel series before and I'm just following gut instincts when designing page layouts.

Seems so far, I have more time to draw on Mondays and Tuesdays, while Wednesday, Thursday and Friday my time is cut down by half. I'm seeing if I can pick up some time to draw on weekends but we will see.

As for the picture it's turning out nice, but I feel the facial hair in 2nd panel can be done better. and as for the 3rd panel the woman's hand holding the umbrella seems a little too big for my liking, but not sure if I can fix without erasing too much.

Here is the cleaned up process of the final version, sure it's cleaner but I kinda feel like it takes away some of the personality.

I know my pages can take a while due to me trying to do a lot of detail. Though I feel I might be able to push more pages out in this stage if I don't focus too much on detail as long as the point of the panel is being proven. I do of course plan on coming back on these older pages and redoing them so that environments and effects come out a lot better than the B&W versions, the ones you're seeing now.

Being a perfectionist is hard. But I know the colored versions will speak volumes when I learn how to work with those tools to better DD. I'll try out this way and see how it goes and if it helps push out more content with less worry about pages taking too long.

Guardian of the Planet taken physical form. Also 'father' to Grimoire, he has no age but take the appearance of a middle aged man. He gains the scars from being brought into the world and the battles he faces. His knowledge of the ancient arts is vast and teaches his 'son' the art of invocation and wielding the elements.

He is no mortal, nor is he a god, but he does not need to eat and he'rests' when weak or when needing to gain insight. He cares deeply for the planet and has an ancient oath of protecting his charge and the elemental primals that govern it.

He is swift and conservative, his 'horns' are of crystalic matter and glow of the elements that taken form in the enclosure. He is by no means unstoppable but working alongside Grimoire they prove to be trouble for any in their path.

Very rough but these panels will be quite detailed when finalized.

Doodled up some concepts for pg.8 and pg.9 tonight.

The thing that takes these pages so long for me personally is having to go over the page multiple times and redarken* the lines. Once I get the tools for digital it would just make my job easier and save "a lot" of time plus I'd be able to put down a lot more detail without fear of loosing the quality over time while working on the same page for so long too. But I'll go back and redo these 'traditional pages' after I'm thinking I get a books worth done so that I'm not holding back content so I get practice time in.

As of today, I'm open to commission orders so I can save up the money to get art supplies and get closer to digital work. Decisive Desire will still be worked on, productivity depends on how many are que'd but I'm still hoping to do 1 page a week.

Added more detail to the environment on panel 3, fleshing out the area and making it more 'alive'. Finished panel 4 and started panel 5 but has more work needed, and of course clothes are going to be added just was fleshing out.

I have to take a break today from my art, have an emergency happen today had to take our dog to the vet. I'll hopefully resume pg.7 progress tomorrow as long as things look well on my end. Just letting you guys know about today's progress.

More character introductions into this one.

The sword of the General of the Holy Paladins of Elysium. It's a concept, the hilt is the main figure of the blessed divine sword (influenced off of the infamous "Save the Queen" weapons from other series.) The blade is a lot longer than shown, it's about 3 times the size shown. It looks like a dagger at it's current state.

It harnesses 3 holy orbs, 2 on the sides of the blades and 1 atop the figure of Regina. When swung it has magical particle effects of feather-like magic, it fits the royal standing the paladin general has of his protective duties to the crown and to his country. Had the Heaven Forgemaster himself construct this magical sword with such artistic and detailed finesse and one of his best.

Just an update guys, things should be looking back to normal for a bit. I also went clamming at the coast this weekend, came back sore and the next day my allergies decided to be severe on my sinuses. So recovered from that, my work will proceed as planned but just letting you guys know. Hope your all doing well!

Trying to get the face right in panel 3. But I think I got it right but it will look better when I finalize the page and shade stuff in.

I'm liking how 1st panel is turning out, and 2nd panel is looking great. I just need to make sure everything is proportionate and looks natural, I know I'm gonna have a hard time with the lower half though.

Hello everybody, I'm still planning on doing daily updates like usual, but with how I have some things coming up in my life at the moment, I have less time to spare but I'm making time for my work later in the day to have at least a couple hours to spare past my usual bedtime. I hope you are all doing great!

Redid some of the panels. I have a feeling I'll be redoing some of the imagery within some of the panels. I really like the center space so I'll be doing as much as I can to center focus that.

Getting close to being done. A few more tweeks and then I'll be defining the linework and add shading and finishing touches. Might be able to finish it tomorrow.

Hollyberry is a berry fruit that mostly grows in the holy floating province of Ewrhon. This berryhas a whitish holy color; they say the purest and ripest Hollyberry glows in the mornings when the sun kisses the ground to revitalise the berries that give them their color. It is a staple with the countryfolk as it is common and easy to find. Unripe Hollyberries have a greenish hue. They are used in many dishes and beverages and you can't go wrong without a Hollyberry Crest Pastry.

I wanna do more pages as quickly as this, but I don't want to throw away quality to push out pages. I want to do at least 1 page a week at minimum but if I can do more I won't falter with progression.

Going smoothly. I'll be able to get this done tomorrow most likely. Just have to darken lines, shade some stuff in and effects.

Did a lot of work today on the page. I think it's turning out great!

Darkening the lines, I will most likely be able to get the scanner set up tomorrow. I'll re-upload page 2 and from now on I'll be uploading via the scanner when it is set up.

My fiance surprised me with an Espeon Perfection V550 scanner and a Desk Lamp that provides natural lighting!

For the 4th panel I figured I'd go for a different point of view that would've worked better than a traditional shoulder to face shot. Kinda hard to work out the angle but I think it is turning out great. Just one more panel to go and then it's time for the line defining work.

Here I've been darkening the linework and doing some finishing touches.

Working on this page, I'm just so excited and makes me so ecstatic the quality I'm putting on this page.

I tend to take a while when working with backgrounds since I want to make sure it looks alive and that I don't half-ass environments. Details are what I'm good at. I've added some more defining at this stage and details I couldn't do on the smaller panel sketch.

This is a very unfleshed out sketch of the Kingdom, it is only a tiny portion of their land and of the entire world.

This Kingdom has massive lands that floats above the planet (thanks to special holy stones that keep them afloat.). The Kingdom's Pillars support the connection of it's citizens and the 3 pillars represent the legends that laid the foundation of it's kingdom and the holy deity that blessed this land with purity.

This is just one major landmark here and there are many more in the future I will reveal. I'd love to actually get background painting/digital and show off the vision I have for this Holy land.

I can leave this step out in future if you guys want since it's just page panel layout unless you guys like seeing the progress I make I just figured it shows activity and also shows other creative types ways I go through this comic process.

I forgot to mention one of the important tools I use since I'm working traditionally at the moment. I've used plenty of rulers to know but I trust this type of ruler. Its heavy, and the bottom of it makes it so that it doesn't slide as easily when moving around the page.

This is where the page sketch is finalized and I go to a brand new page and place my panels and then place speach bubbles.

The currency, Glix, concept for the money that is traded and exchanged for goods in the world, still designing which is the design I am going to go with.

Usually the guards garb is what is shown.

Their homes are designed closely to what is shown, when they live outside the Kingdom's walls.

While I was doing dishes I don't know what came into me but I had to draw this out real quick. Its a concept for a monster for my graphic novel. I'm sure ill think of a name and biography for them and region info for future. What do you guys think?

Fleshing out more of the page and even though it's not finalized it helps how things will look in the long run after cleaning up the linework when I put it in the full page. I should be able to finish this stage of the process on Monday and get the rough page going before finalizing everything.

I think one of the first things I need to invest in is a Daylight lamp, it's hard to work in a dark room with the daylight here is so short.

Here are the tools I have at the moment. I use the GraphGear 1000 series by Pentel sizes vary from .3, .4, .5, .7 & .9. and I use Hi-Polymer Eraser from Pentel as well.

I like the feel of these pencils a lot, they have a weight to them so I don't need to 'press' for dark or defined lines with previous mechanical pencils. They work for me and it did take a while for me to find something that works for me. Also a plus is that I don't find myself having the pencil smears you gear with working with lead with these either but maybe I've become more careful with practice?

As for the eraser its good but I'm still looking for an eraser for smaller correction work so I don't risk erasing what I don't want touched. But showing what I have to work with for those interested.

To start out small and set my goals to obtain the things I need to make sure I set myself up for success.

$3,000.00 is my first goal I'm working towards so I can get myself a desk to work on, a computer so I can better keep in touch with my work and my followers and delve into digital slowly and last but not least the scanner so I can make sure my work uploads with the detail and work I put into my pieces as I intend them to be viewed.

Hey guys sorry its been a terribly long time since I've updated. I've busted my foot and its still healing and we are in a process of having to move along with a lot of stuff just coming up. I hope you guys are having a great day and Happy Valentine's Day. If you wanna talk or have any questions just ask. I have no computer still and trying to save up and my last scanner broke so my uploading quality has suffered. I also finally got my pencil replacements so I can start drawing again. So much has happened since I was last online and again. I'm sorry.

I know I have been pretty busy, here's a sketch I did at work and wanted to show off.

Hello everybody, sorry for the long pause without no word. My laptop that was barely working to begin with finally kicked the bucket and to my dismay, it halted any progress I had with Decisive Desire, with no way to upload or get in contact with you guys with my shoddy internet connection I had limited access to certain things on the internet.

I am sorry for leaving you guys in the dark, after my last post my computer died, so back in February. After the laptop died I knew, there would be no way I could support myself with no access and no way of showing off my work, my fiancé helped me find a job, he knew a manager in the area that needed help so I applied and got a job shortly after a month.

I just recently got all the parts from the income I have to buy my fiancé his computer. Though we have to be very cautious with what we do with it cause we don't have computer protection at the moment so I am still unable to access certain sites like FurAffinity and even Facebook, so I have to rely on my tablet to access the restricted areas I can with it.

It's only until I can afford my own computer with anti-virus protection I'll be able to be fully back, unfortunately that means since I'm working my art and Decisive Desire has come to a halt. (Even though I still jot down my ideas so I don't lose track and how the story will progress.) Though me working is a good thing cause I have a real steady flow of income to get the good stuff I was working towards without a job, it won't take as long without the job.

So I have a goal of getting my computer, built for fun stuff like you guys being able to watch me stream, and can handle the work I'll be able to do like me dabbing into animation though I know that in itself will take time too. Decisive Desire is not done, not by a long shot like I said, Decisive Desire is my dream that which I want to make a reality, graphic novel series, to 2D animation that I could possibly use for cutscenes in a video game I want to make out of it. I know that is a long way off but I'm planning ahead.

I'm also planning on getting a desk for me to work on, because previously I've been working on a clipboard. Crazy I know but with a desk I have a huge space to work on, and I'll have it big enough that I'll be able to have my computer, Cintiq, a space to draw traditionally and have space to have my Copic markers by for when I want to color traditionally too, as well as a printer and scanner area.

I can understand if you guys want to cease support on my Patreon until I get all my stuff together, I don't blame you, cause I feel really bad about this, but I have to get the things I need to make Decisive Desire a reality for us. If you want to continue support I really appreciate it, just know you don't have to right now. I will be letting you guys know what's going on with the progress especially since I have got a computer for now. I hope it wont take me too long to get all my stuff together.

Hey guys, I've been working on something special for ya. Having issues with how I want the 2nd page I've redrawn it like over 3 times though I'm happy with how the new one is turning out. I'm doing something extra for when I get stuck on main story comic. So I've decided to do an added comic called Decisive Desire - Treat - which would be included in the story too most likely at the end for extra content but is of stuff I don't think can fit in certain situations but will help show relationship stuff and anything you guys wanna see that's just for fun. So questions will help inspire this sort of stuff, and I'm making that a Patreon perk for you guys for when I'm stuck making story panels. ^^

I'm hoping I'll have page t1 ready by either tonight or tomorrow.

It is pretty hard putting out content with my traditional tools and whatnot cause, having a perfectionist mindset can hold me back, and I know when I can start doing digital work I'll be able to keep up with more frequent updates.

I love you guys cause you guys give me hope that people actually care to see me succeed.

Hey guys just decided to do a doodle in my sketchbook of a nameless character from Decisive Desire while taking a break working on page 2.

Here it is, page one, let me know what you guys think. I spent a lot of time really deciding out how to start out the story and I'm not that great with backgrounds and perspective and whatnot but you don't get better until you work on it.

Page after the title page, since Decisive Desire is a fantasy romance adventure I figured it would be fitting to include this stuff to the beginning of the story.

Sorry it's taking a while for the uploading of the first page of Decisive Desire, I'm kinda inexperienced with doing backgrounds but you know you don't get better at something until you work on it. And that's what I've been doing to make sure I'm happy with it for the most part before I upload it.

Finally decided to work on my Decisive Desire sketch book where I write and doodle the majority of my ideas. I used Copic opaque white finisher and my only Copic sketch marker I have atm, Napoli Yellow. (Y19)

I think it turned out great.

Yes! Finally finished my last commission! Now I have the time to work on Decisive Desire where I used the time to work on commissions.

Note, "With what tools I have now, it will be pretty rough, but it will be a close to finalized version but I figured this way people will see where the story is going so it will be in pencil. When I get a computer and such it will be redrawn to be more professional looking to a final stage. I actually am leaning toward having Decisive Desire be colored for being more immersive. I'm kinda torn between digital coloring and traditional coloring. I'll have to try it when I get some copic markers and do something like a side by side comparison with scenes colored traditionally and digital and have some voting go for that possibly, this will be a while in the future.

Also I'm planning on having new updates every week I believe. I haven't set a date yet but I'm thinking once I get a couple pages up, I'll have a new page every Wednesday or something like that but my Patrons will have access to pages first and etc.

Hello everyone,

I feel that doing commissions has been holding me back from working on my graphic novel, Decisive Desire. I dedicate almost all my free-time to working on commissions when I'm not doing my other daily things.

So whatever commissions I am working on now, I'll finish. I hope to get them done before December. But starting December, I'm planning on starting the graphic novel series. I think depending on how well it goes and how much support I get and depending when I get my computer and etc I'll be working on a traditional (pencil) rough draft of the pages and etc to move forward I feel like I've waited long enough and I know some people have been waiting with me to see this to get it started.

I have some plans too for ideas with Patreon especially when I get a computer and move to digital like for example those of you who support me will get early access to pages. Whereas those who don't get it a week or two later, I haven't decided when yet. And then patreon supporters will have another fun thing added to the $5+ tier where when I want to design a new character or monster, be it normal or boss that we can work together to bring one to life, something fun like that.

I have alot of ideas and I know I want to be able to stream art in the future too, I'm a shy fellow but I'm trying to work up my courage to speak up more.

Don't be afraid to ask questions, I'm always open for discussions and ideas that can help me out and push out stuff for your viewing pleasure.

This is a doodle but I think his character is coming together, but I'm having a difficult time with thinking up a viking themed nature god garb for him.

Crystal Engineer, Nashi Pai. A very curious woman who is simply ecstatic when it comes to researching gems and mystical phenomenon regarding the old ways. She uses what she learns with tinkering and inventing new things, and is often isolated when doing so with her pet Tamanegi, the Bunyion. Sometimes her handiwork is explosive but she always pushes forward when she is focused on her task.

Up next I plan on doing Zeb my nature deity.

Richard Lux the Holy Deity that governs the light in the mainland of Diocea, which the royal kingdom of Elysium settles. The society is quite religious even with the knowledge of evocation lost. Though within the brightest sanctum, darkness casts a heavier shadow. Have the faithful lost their way?

I think I'm gonna do Richard the deity of light next. ^^

The Earth Deity, Eliad Stalwart. He resides in the deserts of the Terrai continent. The culture is pretty western with a booming economy for metalwork and crystal powered firearms. The people move across the vast deserts on sand ships though it makes trips across the desolate sands fairly quickly, there are ample amounts of monster activity and sand-flower nymphs to lead them to their doom.

Raion and Aldor having a nice relaxing nap at a natural spring, but Aldor's natural body heat is making it a hot spring.

Here you see it's nearing completion, I just have to make some minor tweaks and add shading effects and I'll be finished.

Just a sketch update, the details are starting to fall into place.

Hey ya'll I've been busy with working on commissions, don't worry Decisive Desire hasn't left my attention. Just been busy with drawing for others. I figured I'd have to get a picture to show all ya'll more of Raion and Aldor together our main romance couple, mortal x god.

Raion is being lifted off the floor with Aldor's tail, Raion is pretty shy and isn't used to these types of situations so it's a learning experience for both him and the fiery deity. Though I'm sure Aldor is not very comfortable being in the mortal realm for too long and having to wear too much mortal clothing as well but it makes Raion happy when he can dress him up in different types of clothing on their travels.

Designing a new cover for my Patreon account. In this picture, I have Brax Basix 'fire form' with the young prince clinging onto his arm.

Background will show off the wildwood mountain bluff with some floating sky shards. The prince is pretty fearful of the heights which is to why he's clinging onto Guardian Brax. I have the Patreon icon there for special effect too.
