Kerosene Island, Bermuda
Kerosene Island is an island of Bermuda. Its name comes from the marvellous kerosene geysers which periodically flood the island's interior with a lake of kerosene. Long ignored, it was worshipped by native tribes at the times of first European contact as the abode of the gods.
