Zelnick Media Capital (formerly Zelnick Media) is an American private equity firm focused on Leveraged buyouts and growth capital investments in media and communications industry. It was founded in 2001 by Strauss Zelnick who is currently the Chairman and CEO of Take-Two Interactive (who is also its single largest shareholder by voting power). It diversified investment holdings, including Take-Two Interactive, 9 Story Media Group, Defy Media, ENA among many others.[2][3][4]
