Yusr International School is an institution of schools that was established in 2007. The school is owned by Mrs. Aisha Al-Otaibi. Yusr International School got the full accreditation of the AdvancED[1] organization. Yusr International School (YIS) is situated in northern Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It follows an American-based curriculum.
YIS is an international school whose educational and administrative policies are set by the school’s academic and administration Boards, both of which are chaired by the school’s founder and General Director Mrs. Aisha Al-Otaibi.
Yusr is a private school, licensed by the Saudi Ministry of Education. It run from Pre-K through grade 12, a school that prepares its graduate students for the SAT and AP exams.
Besides providing an academic education of high quality, the school attaches considerable importance to creative, physical and community services activities, and offers a wide and developing range of facilities and opportunities in these areas.
The School celebrated its first graduating class in 2012.
