"You're the Only Woman (You & I)" is a song by American soft rock band Ambrosia, from the album One Eighty. It was their fifth and final U.S. Top 40 hit.

Released as a single in 1980, the song was a top 20 hit in the US during the late summer/early fall of 1980 and reached #13 on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100[1] and #5 on the Adult Contemporary chart. The song was written by band member David Pack.
