Yingshang County (simplified Chinese: 颍上县; traditional Chinese: 潁上縣; pinyin: Yĭngshàng Xiàn) is a county within China that has 3,000 years of recorded history.

Currently, it's under the jurisdiction of Fuyang City, Anhui Province. The Huai River, which frequently floods, forms the county's southern border.

Yingshang is an agricultural county with wheat and rice are the main crops, with a million tons of food produced each year from 2007 to 2016.

The county has proven iron ore reserves registering in the hundreds of millions of tons. Coal reserves are estimated at 100 million tons.
