Xiacheng District
Xiacheng District (Chinese: 下城区; Pinyin: Xiàchéng Qū) is an administrative district in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province of China.
It has an area of 31 square kilometers, and a population of 330,000. Its postal code is 310006.
The district government is located on 200 Qingchun Rd.
