William "Bill"/"Billie" Holder was an English rugby union and professional rugby league footballer of the 1900s and 1910s, playing club level rugby union (RU) for Gloucester RFC, and playing representative level rugby league (RL) for Great Britain, and England, and at club level for Hull, as a Hooker, i.e. number 9, during the era of contested scrums.

Bill Holder won a cap for England while at Hull in 1908 against Wales,[1] and won a cap for Great Britain while at Hull in 1908 against New Zealand.[2][3]
