West Midlands Collaborative Commerce Marketplace

The West Midlands Collaborative Commerce Marketplace (WMCCM) is a project focused on small-medium-sized engineering enterprises (engineering SMEs) in the English county of the West Midlands, and how they can develop in response to business pressures using the opportunities provided by the Internet. This is a European Regional Development Fund financed project, based within WMG at the University of Warwick at Coventry. The marketplace was founded by Professor Jay Bal with Dr Mark Swift.

WMCCM is an online marketplace providing e-business tools, capability and support to engineering businesses in the region. As of 2015, the website had over 12,000 members.

Other projects supporting SMEs, by the same team, include the International Institute for Product and Service Innovation headed by Dr Mark Swift.
