WLPN-LP is a low-power radio station in Chicago started by Lumpen (magazine) founder Edward Marszewski in 2015[1] who started a kickstarter campaign to raise funds for the station.[2][3][4][5]

History

Before 2015, WLPN-LP was a low-power television station in New Orleans, Louisiana, broadcasting locally on UHF channel 61. In 1989, the station affiliated with Channel America.[6] The station's license was cancelled on August 17, 2010.[7]
