The station is owned and operated by the DTV America Corporation, a Sunrise, Florida-based company that recently launched several other low-power television stations in several other media markets. It broadcasts a digital signal on UHF channel 22 from a transmitter site on Sunapee Mountain, New Hampshire.

The station is affiliated with upstart healthy lifestyle-oriented network, the Doctor Television Channel, dedicated to programming that provides the latest in medical breakthroughs, along with fitness programs, healthy cooking shows and a few public domain movies.
