History

The station signed on the air on October 1, 1947 as Bowling Green's second commercial radio station. The station was originally affiliated with ABC Radio. The station played an Adult contemporary format, along with at least 10 hours of country music programming during the 1970s and 1980s.[3] It then switched to a news/talk format at some point before 1990.

Programming

The station is now affiliated with CBS Radio and broadcasts all of that network's hourly newscasts. The station also broadcasts Greenwood High School football games.[4] Syndicated radio shows on the station include those of Laura Ingraham, Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, and Dave Ramsey.[5]
