WJOY carries the nationally syndicated music service "America's Best Music" provided by Westwood One. WJOY is one Burlington's oldest radio stations, first signing on the air on September 14, 1946. The transmitter, studios and offices are located on Joy Drive in South Burlington, Vermont, near Interstate 189.[2]
