Vladimir "Vova" Gasparyan (Armenian: Վլադիմիր Գասպարյան, Born September 9, 1958, Tallinn, Estonia) is the Chief of Republic of Armenia's police.[2][3]

Gasparyan is married with four children. In his earlier life he served in the armed forces of the USSR.
