Vincent Oshana (born 1979) is an American actor and comedian best known for his HBO Stand-Up Comedy Set on Russell Simmons's Def Comedy Jam and various roles on Showtime channel's television series The Underground.

Personal life

Oshana was born in Yonkers, New York [1] to an Assyrian family. He grew up in New Britain, Connecticut and attended New Britain High School. After high school, Oshana joined the US Air Force and was stationed at Malmstrom Air Force Base in Great Falls, Montana, where he received awards for his good service. Oshana was a member of the USAF Security Forces at Malmstrom AFB. After his military service, Oshana moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in stand-up comedy. After living in his car for a time, he landed a part on MTV's Yo Momma, and was later discovered at an open mic night by Damon Wayans' niece and was cast in The Underground.[2] Then shortly after his career started to dissolve. Now he's working his way back to the forefront. "This business is ruthless" once quoted by Vincent Oshana.

He is of Assyrian decent.
