Victoria Complex will be five star hotel with retail and office spaces in Bucharest. The building will have 18 floors and a surface of 44,000 square metres (470,000 sq ft). At completion the 300 rooms five star hotel will be affiliated to the international chain Le Méridien which is part of Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide
