Vaikuntha (the Place of not Hindrance), Paramapadam, Vishnupada (Vishnu's feet), or Param Padam (the Supreme Abode) is the celestial home of Vishnu.[1][2] In most of the extant Puranas, and Vaishnava traditions, Vaikuntha is located in the direction of the Makara Rashi, which coincides with the Capricorn constellation. Vishnu's eye is supposed to be located at the South Celestial Pole as well.
