VF2509 is a First Nations community radio station which operates at 98.3 MHz/FM in Fort Vermilion, Alberta, Canada.

History

On March 10, 2006, Michael McMann, on behalf of a corporation to be incorporated (known as Friends of the Falcons) received approval from the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission CRTC to operate a new english, cree, and beaver-language developmental community FM radio programming in Fort Vermilion.
