Uprava za obaveštajno-izviđačke poslove (Serbian Cyrillic: Управа за обавештајно-извиђачке послове, English: Intelligence and Reconnaissance Directorate) or J-2 of Military of Serbia General-staff, is military intelligence of Serbian Armed Forces that provides operational and tactical intelligence for troupes on terrain. Until the Law of Intelligence and security services of Serbia was promulgated in 2007 the Intelligence department of General-staff was the premier military intelligence of Serbian Armed Forces. Since then VOA is strategic military intelligence service and is under authority of Ministry of Defence, while Intelligence and Reconnaissance Directorate was reorganized as it is now.

Military Geographic Institute and 224th Electronic Warfare Center are under direct subordination of J-2 Directorate.
