Uniform Interstate Depositions and Discovery Act

The Uniform Interstate Depositions and Discovery Act (UIDDA) is a model statute enabled by several states to establish a uniform process for obtaining depositions and discovery in other participating states. The UIDDA was recommended in 2007 by the National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws (NCCUSL).[1][2]
