USS Indianapolis (LCS-17) will be a Freedom-class littoral combat ship of the United States Navy.[1] It will be the fourth ship in naval service named after Indianapolis, Indiana.[5]

Marinette Marine is building the Indianapolis at its Marinette, Wisconsin shipyard.[6][7]
