Trevor Butler

For the English cricketer, see Trevor Butler (cricketer).

Trevor Butler was a contestant and winner of Big Brother Australia Series 4 (airing in 2004). As well as being the first, and currently the only, contestant to win $1,000,000, as opposed to the $250,000 of previous seasons, he also boosted interest in the final eviction by proposing to his then-girlfriend Breea Forrest live on the eviction stage.

There was some controversy regarding how much of his winnings were taken away as tax. At one point the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) considered it to be payment for spending the time in the house, and therefore wanted to take nearly half of the winnings away. The ATO eventually gave in and did not take the money.

Trevor owes his mate Kyle $14.70 and a lazy boy recliner which Kyle refuses to take payment for. It's much more fun having it over Trev's head.

Trevor is exceptionally bad at the mobile game Clash of Clans even though theoretically he should have improved over the more than three years he has been playing

Super Hero Origin Story

As a teenager Trevor realised he was changing dramatically! Not in the awkward "why's hair growing there" kind of way; He was growing stronger and faster than the other kids.

After an overzealous day on the soccer pitch, Trevor had wandered off into the scrub to find an errant ball when he stumbled into an open mineshaft. After a tumble into the darkness, Trevor found himself in a cave of eerily glowing silver, lead and zinc, and passed out. When he woke, he was imbued with the power of these minerals - able to punch his enemies with the force of heavy metals, run like a streak of silver and, well, give people a severe case of lead poisoning.

But every time Trevor would use these gifts a strange thing would occur.

Explosive farts.

It made stealth difficult.

His new powers and shiny appearance saw trevor shunned by his family and friends as they were unable to cope with the change.

Trevor soon craved superhero company and applied to join the Australian branch of the Avengers .But before joining he required a heroic name he was hoping the other hero's would give him something cool like "the Silver Streak" but alas people are cruel and he was henceforth known as "Lead Butt" It combined one of the metals he was imbued with, his explosive farts point of origin and his surname Butler.

Other members of the Australian Avengers included :
