Toyland Tours was a former attraction in the Land of Make Believe area of Alton Towers theme park, Staffordshire, England. The attraction was opened in 1994, replacing Around the World in 80 Days and took riders on a boat tour of a toy factory, past scenes of a Snailextrics circuit, Bouncy Castles (with the castles doing the bouncing), the Sega character Sonic the Hedgehog and others. The soundtrack to the ride, composed by Graham Smart, was available to buy in the park on tape and CD.

The ride suffered from poor maintenance towards the end of its time at Alton Towers. The attraction received no attention in the 2004/2005 closed season, unlike the rest of the park and rumours began that it would be replaced. Early in the 2005 season it was announced that Toyland Tours would be closing, to make way for Charlie and the Chocolate Factory : The Ride in 2006.

List of music tracks for Toyland Tours, composed by Graham Smart, (taken from the Alton Towers CD 1994 which also includes the Haunted House music):

  1. Introduction
  2. The Steam Boat Melody
  3. The Think Tank
  4. The Elecopter
  5. Snailextric
  6. Bouncy Castles
  7. Teddy Stuffing Department
  8. Calypso Bath Time
  9. Sonic At Alton
  10. All Aboard
  11. Toy Soldiers
  12. The Greatest Party In The World

Toyland Tours was built (and opened) on the same day as Nemesis was back in 1994. Its ride theme and soundtrack was very bouncy and up-going to keep everyone in that old rhythm.
