Toni Phillips

Toni Phillips Born July 23 1980 (age 35) is a national radio presenter on Capital XTRA. Previously, she hosted shows on the Capital FM Network, Power FM and the One Network.

Toni trained at Sylvia Young's Theatre School and soon caught the attention of Crimewatch; before long she had appeared in her first reconstruction. From there, she was cast as 'Jasmine' at the King's Theatre in Hampshire alongside Dean Gaffney and Syd Little in the Aladdin pantomime, to rave reviews.[1]

She currently hosts Sunday - Friday 1pm - 4pm on Capital XTRA.[2]

Toni is also a Club DJ, having performed at festivals such as Bestival and the Isle of Wight Festival, as well as holding residencies across London, such as Strawberry Moons in Mayfair.[3]

Her television experience includes hosting entertainment coverage on Nuts TV, presenting 'The Sunday Roast' on MTV

She counts herself amongst the UK's leading Britney Spears experts, which alongside fashion, music and popular culture, she blogs about on her site lostitgirl,com.
