Tolley is a British publishing company that has tax reference books.
History
The company was established in 1916, when Charles Tolley produced the first tax table. Butterworths Tolley was formed in 1996.

It is a division of LexisNexis, based in Dayton, Ohio. The UK headquarters are sited south-east of Holborn on the A201 road, in the City of London.
