Thorsten Quaeschning

Thorsten Quaeschning joined Tangerine Dream in 2005. He performs keyboards, drums, and vocals.

Early life

Thorsten Quaeschning was born in the late seventies on February 23 in Berlin within a classically trained music-loving family.[1]

As a child, he took flute lessons before he started going to school. He went on to practice the violin, the piano, and the flute. With his family's experience in classical music, Quaeschning visited a couple of operas in his early life and especially treasured Wagner and Humperdinck.[2]

Career

Before joining Tangerine Dream, Quaeschning worked as a producer for the band Minory. Afterwards, he began to tour with Tangerine Dream behind the stage in 2004 before joining them the year after.
