Thoovalsparsham (English: Feather Touch) is a 1990 Malayalam film directed by Kamal and written by Kaloor Dennis, inspired by the 1987 American film Three Men and a Baby which itself was based on the 1985 French movie Three Men and a Cradle . The film stars Jayaram, Suresh Gopi, Mukesh, and Saikumar in the lead roles. It was remade in Telugu as Chinnari Muddula Papa, in Tamil as Asathal and in Hindi as Heyy Babyy.


Plot

Three bachelor roommates Unni Krishnan (Jayaram), Vinod (Saikumar) and Boney (Mukesh) spend time drinking and dating. Their brahmin neighbor complains about the noise. The lives of the three roommates change when they find an abandoned baby girl at their door step one day. When their attempt to find the baby's father fails, they decide to bring up the baby and name it Kingini. They appoint a baby sitter (Innocent) for this task.

The story takes a turn when the baby's real mother (Urvashi) tries to claim the baby. To their surprise they also learn that the father is their neighbor Ananda Padmanaban (Suresh Gopi).
