Thomas J McInerney was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer IAC/InterActiveCorp. He is an angel investor and a board member of Yahoo!, HSN Inc., and Interval Leisure Group Inc.[1][2][3] He served on the special committee set up at Yahoo! to investigate the CEO misstated college degree.[4]
