Thomas & Friends is a children's television series about the engines and other characters on the railways of the Island of Sodor, and is based on The Railway Series books written by the Rev. W. Awdry.

Sidney has to go and collect Percy's new wheels, but as his memory isn't very good. Thomas suggests that Sidney to make up a song to help him remember. By mistake, he thinks his job was of pulling passengers to the docks, but after talking with The Fat Controller, he gets the wheels to Percy in the end, and the two laugh at the Steamworks.

"Devious" Diesel is always known to be mean against the other engines on Sodor, and that's how his diesel friends likes it. But one day Thomas spots Diesel being friendly with some ducklings, and threatens to tell everyone that if he is mean or not. Thru out the day whenever Diesel is about to get devious, Thomas warns him with a quack quack. As Arry and Bert find him suspicious, Thomas shows the ducklings, but the two diesel twins finds the ducklings cute and adorable, making Diesel think he can after all be nice.

Thomas has trouble with the Troublesome Trucks yet again in the yard. When Samson arrives with a goods train, his brake van, named Bradford; sees Thomas and offers to help. Every other engine finds Thomas being lucky to have a brake van like Bradford. But after being delayed at the Blue Mountain Quarry, Thomas doesn't feel Bradford means any good. After delaying Whiff, Henry and many other of his friends, Thomas goes without Bradford one day, even though he shouts at Thomas that he needs to talk with him. Thomas collides and derails Percy's trucks at the other side of Gordon's hill, and apologises to the Fat Controller. Bradford turns out to tell Thomas and his friends that he is sorry, and that he is leaving with Samson back to the Mainland again. After all, everyone is happy that Bradford is leaving, including the Troublesome Trucks.
