Theo Anthony Schear (born October 11, 1991) is a video producer from Oakland, CA. He received a BA in Screen Arts & Cultures from the University of Michigan and was a member of Detroit Public Television's National Documentary Unit, where he served as Multimedia Producer and lead cameraman and editor for the Detroit Journalism Cooperative. Schear's most circulated film is Open Letter, a short found footage documentary on R&B singer Frank Ocean. His work on The ReDream Project [1] earned a Mid-America Emmy for Program Promo - Single Spot or Campaign.
